Students, who cause damage to the college property and properties of
other students, will be penalized.

letters, either written or received by the students, will be
censured by the college authority to avoid unwanted deviation from
studies and to safeguard broader and specific interests of the
students, the parents and the institution.

student shall remain absent herself/himself from the college
test/examination on any pretext, without obtaining prior permission
from the principal.

Any
student, misbehaving co- students, wardens/lecturers or using harsh
language, disturbing other’ studies is liable for the issue of
Transfer Certificate at the discretion of the management.

No
students, under any circumstances, shall be called out from the
classroom, during the class / study hour is in progress. For
communicating messages or for meeting any visitor.

Students should be wear only decent and dignified clothes,. They
should observe restraint and ensure decorum in their dress habits.
Students. Found violating the above, will be penalized.

Students should keep college premises clean and tidy.

Frequent late coming and irregularity in attending classes shall not
be tolerated. Such students shall be sent out of the college by
issuing T.Cs.

Despite strong security if any student leaves the campus without
informing the campus administration, the institution shall not bear
any responsibility. In such cases, the students and the parents
shall have sole responsibility and legal liability for the same.
Activities Of the students, outside the campus, have no legal
binding on the institutions. Such student shall not be allowed to
continue and TC shall be issued to them forthwith.

publications will be supplied to the students at their request on
payment basis.

Students will not be allowed to leave the hostel premises without
prior permission. They can leave only on signing the visitors’ book
after obtaining permission.

Students will have to report, on the date and at the time fixed,
after the expiry of the vacation or permitted period. Defaulters, in
such cases, will have to meet the principal with the parents.

of electricity, water and other facilities will be liable for
penalty.

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food will be served separately in the
student’s mess. No students will be allowed to carry the foods to
the rooms.

Students shall be allowed to attend the phone calls between 4.00 to
5.30 on Saturdays& 9.30 A.M TO 5.30 P.M ON Sundays. The telephonic
conversation is restricted to 3 minutes in order to facilitate all
students who want to make use of this facility.

Students shall go to the bed as pr the time table. Table lamps can
be used for their late night studies.

No
students hall enter the kitchen or give instructions to the cooks or
other servants, complains regarding food, service etc if any , may
be brought to the notice of the warden .
-
Smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming alcoholic drinks or any other
intoxicating drugs etc. are strictly prohibited. Any student] s, if
found indulging in such practices, shall be asked to vacate the
college without any notice.

Students should not conduct group meeting, circulate books,
pamphlets and papers conduct parties or get-together inside the
hostel premises.
-
No
visitor or parents are allowed to enter the hostel rooms; students
shall not entertain beggars, vendors or any other persons inside the
hostel premises.
-
Hostel
rooms and toilets must be kept clean and tidy. Photographs or
pictures should not paste or displayed on the walls of the room.
-
Parents are hereby requested to admit their children in GAYATRI
RESIDENTIAL If and only if they are agree to the terms following and
conditions.

The
fee will be purely terms based but not in days, weeks, months.
-
The
fee has to be deposited in scheduled time positively to avoid the
fine or penalty.
-
Settlements of accounts will be entertained only on the submission
of original payment receipts.
-
Parents are expected to visit their wards only on Sundays or other
institutional holidays between 12.00 noon and 5.00p.m.
-
However an exception will be made in the case of such parents who
have genuine reasons. Depending upon the merits each case, parents
will be permitted to visit their wards in the campus even on days
other than those specified above. Such matters will be left to the
discretion of the principal and the principal’s decision will be
final.

Parents and only such visitors /whose names are mentioned in the
visitor’s card/book will be allowed to enter the campus and visit
the ward.
-
Identification cards are issued to students, parents and guardians
in residential campuses. Students should always keep the identity
cards with them for the purpose of verification. The parents and the
guardians during their visit to the campus should show the identity
cards to the security while entering the campus to avoid unwanted
elements into the campus.

Parents are to call on the reception and wait till their ward comes
to meet them.
-
Parents may take their wards out for a brief period, for genuine
hatcheck or personal advice by obtaining permission from the
principal.
-
Parents should see that their wards report promptly at the campus
after the vacation.
-
They
are to obtain a leave out pass before taking their wards out of the
campus on any ground.
-
Clarifications complaints of any kind may be sought/lodged to the
principals/Directors.
-
An
amount of Rs. 2000/- should be deposited towards pocket money of
each student in residential colleges. It has nothing to do with the
hostel fee or tuition fee.
-
On
Sundays the parents of residential students may discuss the progress
of their wards with the responsible members of campus
administration.
-
Requests, through telegrams and telephone messages to send a student
home, will not be entertained. Depending upon urgency of the
information, the institutions shall ring up the parent to find out
the truth or allowed the student to speak.

Parents and other visitors are not allowed to carry the cellular
phones in the campus.
-
Parents are requested not to leave with their wards any valuables in
the form of money or ornaments.
-
Telephonic discussions with the student will be entertained only on
Saturdays in between 4.30 p.m to 6.00 p.m and Sundays in between
9.30 a.m to 6 p.m in cites of urgency parents can discuss with the
Principal/Directors regarding their ward or they can convey their
messages.

Students are not permitted to bring any other thing (such as
videogame, walkman, mobile, camera etc.)Other than study materials.
In such cases the article will be seized.

Any
dispute, arising out of any transaction relating to GAYATRI
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS is subject to the jurisdiction of
Berhampur, Bhawanipatna, and Bhubaneswar.
